These Terms govern the use of the Sendvia file transfer service, including uploads, storage and downloads performed through this website. By using the service you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
Sendvia provides temporary storage and delivery of files between senders and recipients. Transfers are deleted automatically upon expiry or after the download limit is reached. We do not provide permanent storage or backup of transferred files.
You may not use the service to transmit:
Files reported through our abuse form are reviewed and removed where a violation is confirmed.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of individual transfer links.
To the extent permitted by law, Sendvia accepts no liability for the content of transferred files, which remains the sole responsibility of the sender, nor for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main have exclusive jurisdiction.
